My Work Is About Helping Women Come Back to Themselves

I’m Mattie Cummins. Social worker, counselor, and coach.

For over 25 years, I’ve worked with women navigating anxiety, trauma, brain injury, chronic illness, life transitions, and the invisible load that builds across decades of caring for everyone else.

And here’s what I know to be true:

When a woman’s nervous system feels constantly responsible for everyone and everything, she doesn’t need more coping tools.

She needs space to come back to herself.
She needs to understand what’s happening in her brain and body.
She needs boundaries that protect her time, energy, and emotional capacity.
She needs support that feels calm, practical, and deeply human.

That’s what I offer.
